this gorgeous little skiff is a traditional creation of the Morris
Yacht Company. Morris Yachts is owned by Tom Morris and headquartered
right here in Bass Harbor. Tom calls this model "Francis,"
and it first caught my eye in Ferenc Mate's coffe-table book, "The
World's Best Sailboats." We'd love to own one of these beauties,
but I'm afraid they're priced out of range for us. |
